Fusion Lets was formed by two founders with a combined 20 years in the property industry. Specifically, over the last 6 years they have bought, built and converted properties for residential investment, providing a large privately owned portfolio of properties. Through dedicated in-house management teams and processes, they have built up a large network of contacts and relationships creating a robust consistent rental model. Owing to this success, Fusion was setup to meet the demands of the industry and our Clients by reaching out to other landlords and property owners.

 

Fusion Lets has a growing team of dedicated property professionals with the confidence and ability to be able to offer other landlords a consistent rent guarantee nationwide. We have professional and corporate tenants waiting for homes. However we will be your client and are responsible for day-to-day management so you can sit back knowing you have guaranteed rent, and your property will be returned in the same condition in which we receive it.
