T&Cs - £500 Referral

Eligibility
- This referral offer is open to Tenant Negotiators and Property Managers in the UK.
- Referrers must be individuals or businesses engaged in property management or tenant negotiation.
Referral Process
- To participate, the referrer must send an email to info@fusionlets.co.uk with the following details of the potential landlord:
  - Full Name
  - Email Address
  - Phone Number
- The referral must be made before the landlord engages with Fusion Lets.
Referral Reward
- The referrer will receive a reward of £500 for each eligible landlord referred.
- The reward is only payable if the referred landlord successfully lets their property with Fusion Lets.
- The referred landlord must not have previously used Fusion Lets for property management services.
Timeframe & Validity
- The referred landlord must let the property with Fusion Lets within 30 days of the referral date for the reward to be valid.
- If the property is not let within this period, the referral will be deemed invalid.
Payment of Referral Reward
- The £500 reward will be processed and paid to the referrer once the referred landlord's property is successfully let.
- Payment will be made within 30 days of the property being let.
- The referrer is responsible for any tax implications associated with receiving the reward.
General Terms
- Fusion Lets reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and the referred landlord.
- This offer is only applicable for new landlords who have never previously engaged with Fusion Lets.
- There is no limit to the number of landlords a referrer can refer, provided each meets the eligibility criteria.
- Fusion Lets reserves the right to amend or withdraw this referral offer at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes arising from this offer will be resolved at Fusion Lets's sole discretion.
