T&Cs - £500 Referral

1. Eligibility
  1.1. This referral offer is open to members of the general public aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Fusion Lets and their immediate family members. 1.2. The referral must be made by an individual and not a business entity.
2. Referral Process
  2.1. To qualify for the referral reward, the referrer must send the potential landlord’s name, email address, and phone number to info@fusionlets.co.uk. 2.2. The referral must be made before the landlord has signed any agreement with Fusion Lets. 2.3. Self-referrals are not permitted when an individual refers their own property.
3. Reward Criteria
  3.1. A £500 reward will be paid to the referrer once the referred landlord successfully lets a property with Fusion Lets. 3.2. The referred landlord must enter into a letting agreement with Fusion Lets within 30 days of being referred for the offer to be valid. 3.3. Fusion Lets must not have previously managed the referred landlord. 3.4. There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make, provided each referral meets the eligibility criteria.
4. Payment of Reward
  4.1. The £500 reward will be paid to the referrer within 30 days after the referred landlord has signed a letting agreement and the property has been successfully let. 4.2. Payment will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method. 4.3. Fusion Lets reserves the right to withhold payment if the referred landlord withdraws from the agreement before the property is let.
5. General Terms
  5.1. Fusion Lets reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and the referred landlord. 5.2. Fusion Lets reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. 5.3. Any disputes regarding the referral offer will be subject to the final decision of Fusion Lets. 5.4. By participating in this referral offer, the referrer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
