He enjoys teamwork, collaboration, and achieving goals as a team. He is always there to support and go the extra mile with a smile.

Lauren has been in the property industry from the age of 19. In Lauren’s career she has worked with both Estate agents and Housing association managing, HMO’s, and Private renting. Lauren is very passionate about making sure she delivers the best customer service and will go above and beyond.

Sulaiman has seven years’ experience in customer service and four years in sales, he is deeply committed to providing exceptional service and building meaningful connections. Sulaiman has lived locally all his life and is always eager to learn, adapt and grow in our industry to better serve others.

With over two and a half years of experience in the property and seven years in the marketing industry, Dominic brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at Fusion Lets. Before joining the team, he worked with a leading retirement developer, where he played a key role in marketing various developments across Essex, London, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. Dominic’s passion for the industry and marketing is evident in his dedication to delivering impactful strategies and creative solutions that drive success.

Janice Smith
Business Development Manager
Janice is passionate about people and property and has been in the property industry for over 30 years, working in development, sales, lettings and property Management. Janice is also a qualified trainer in estate agency and prides herself on going that extra mile always for both landlords and tenants.

Elise Lovatt
Property Administration
Elise holds a degree in Law and Criminology, with a particular interest in family and property law, making her a natural fit for the property industry. Her academic knowledge brings a solid understanding of legal frameworks that underpin the letting process. Before joining Fusion Lets, Elise gained hands-on management experience as a Housekeeping Manager at a busy hotel for over two years, where she developed a keen eye for detail, high standards of service, and strong leadership skills. Elise combines legal insight with real-world property experience to help ensure a smooth and professional experience for our tenants and landlords.

Born and raised in South London, Craig brings over 12 years of experience in sales and management. He has successfully led a high-performing sales team, generating more than £2.5 million annually. Energetic and driven, Craig combines a keen eye for detail with a passion for continuous learning and adaptability. His vibrant approach and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset in any environment.

Munawar Khan
Assistant Accountant
Munawar has worked in Finance for the past three years, after graduating with First-Class Honours in Accounting and Finance. He has gained experience in the public sector, private equity, and the events industry, giving him a broad and adaptable skill set. As an Assistant Accountant, he supports day-to-day financial operations with a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and helping the business thrive. Munawar values teamwork and enjoys collaborating across departments, supporting colleagues, and continuously developing his skills to make a meaningful contribution.

Nathan Martin

Nathan has over two and a half years’ experience in property management, supported by more than 15 years in operations management across residential property, facilities, and multi-site environments. Prior to joining Fusion Lets, he worked with a leading prime property investor, building strong experience in block and residential management, as well as facilities management within the leisure industry.

He specialises in managing the full tenancy lifecycle, including maintenance, compliance, inspections, contractor coordination, and refurbishments. Nathan is committed to building strong landlord and tenant relationships while delivering a consistently high standard of service.
